STAFF
At The Bangor Region YMCA's Camp Jordan, we pride ourselves on providing a staff that live out the YMCA core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility. Every staff person receives extensive training, preparing them to provide the best possible physical and emotional environment for your child. All counselors are First Aid and CPR certified, and we employ two live-in health professionals and have an MD on call for reference to ensure that every camper’s medical needs are met at all times. Our Adventure Seekers staff are also registered Maine Youth Trip Leaders and certified Wilderness First Responders.

Hi! My name is Jayci Fournier.
I began working at Camp Jordan in 2011 as a counselor and became the Assistant Camp Director and Youth/Teen Programming Coordinator in 2013. I graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2015 with a degree in Community Health Education.
I now work as the Director of Youth Development and Summer Camps at the Bangor Y, overseeing the Teen Center, Family Programming, Camp Jordan and CPW the Bangor Y's Day Camp.
I grew up as a “Y Kid”, having grown up at the YMCA, participating in countless Bangor Region YMCA programs as a child and teen. Because of this, I do my best to live the Y’s mission and embodied the values of our YMCA. I pride myself in being a creative problem solver and maintaining all programs as a safe, welcoming and fun environment for all youth.
Will Morrison,
ASSISTANT CAMP DIRECTOR

Hi! My name is Will Morrison. 2025 will be my first summer at Camp Jordan. I grew up in Maine and attended several summer camps as a child. I worked for the last 2 years as the Program Coordinator at YMCA Camp Winona in Florida and took pride in creating camp magic for all who attended our programs. I am an eagle scout and enjoy camping and backpacking. In my free time I enjoy building and playing guitars. I am so excited to blend my own experiences and Camp Jordans years of traditions to make the best summer possible for all Camp Jordans staff and campers.
